Feeder systems
RCM feeding systems represent the first stage of the automated assembly process, involving the automatic loading of the components which the machine will proceed to assemble.
Given the importance of this phase, for over 50 years we’ve been making vibrating feeders, both linear and circular, custom designed to feed and orient the pieces.
The circular or linear bases make use of high-efficiency electromagnets and leaf springs to maximize transport capacity. There are various models of vibrating bases and containers – with steps, spiral or cylindrical – depending on the pieces’ weight, size and required exit position, as well as on the intended volume for a given cycle.
